The band have been featured by Fat Cat Records Channel 4 The Daily Record, Holly Oaks and Kerrang and have had radio play on Radio 4, Radio 1, which is testament to their wide ranging appeal. Described as ‘A slow burning rock beauty’ and ‘haunting and hypnotic’ Thula Borah are set to make a massive impact both regionally and nationally.
With two members of the band being stand up comedians there is a certain humorous quality to their latest offering, a balance of light and dark which makes for a powerful idea conceptually. There is a thread running through the release, the feeling of anger at certain aspects of the modern world with nostalgia for childhood innocence which makes for a very concise and mature record from the Scottish foursome.
