Easton Guillory is on a mission to reclaim the ‘Chav’ aesthetic with tender artistic flair and he has achieved just that with his upcoming single ‘End Of The Walls’ from his EP of the same name.

In ‘End Of The Walls’ Guillory draws on working class culture. The hard hitting and honesty that he employs with his lyrics are complemented by his blunt yet charismatic delivery.  ‘End Of The Walls’ has a hint of indie legends such as Jamie T and Sam Fender in the way Guillory  makes the mundane such as drinking in a Wetherspoons pub sound poetic.

“When I moved to Leeds, I could fully express myself but part of that meant carrying the stereotypes of my upbringing with me. Although I had my share of rough experiences, I wanted audiences to see the beauty of my community too. I see the way people’s faces change when I start singing. They think ‘Hang on. Maybe there’s more here than meets the eye’.”

Be sure to check out ‘End Of The Walls’, and in the meantime show Easton Guillory some love!
